My brother was taking photographs on a World War II airfield in the New Forest, Hampshire, about 25 years ago, when his camera jammed. It was the first and only time it had ever done so. After a few seconds, it clicked free and he carried on taking pictures. When the film was developed, the result of the jam was very strange, as you can see. The images before and after were fine and bore no resemblance to the picture from the jam, so I don’t think it’s a double exposure or anything like that. Personally, I think it’s captured an image of a spirit. What do you think?
