Here’s a photograph of my mushroom circle. Every year it’s an exact circle, never a mushroom inside or out, about 7ft (2m) across. Three times over the last three years I have seen orange, tennis-ball-sized lights zigzagging around the garden – really zipping along and over the fence and away. Have I really got fairies at the bottom of my garden?
