"Here’s a photograph of what appeared to be a perfectly fresh and plump tomato – until it was cut into, revealing seeds that had started to shoot.
As far as I’m aware, it hadn’t been stored in strong light. I thought the seeds only sprouted after the flesh had rotted away.  Has anybody seen this before – is it common?"
