I'm damned if I can find it.

Don't remember it, what do you recall it being about? Power cuts?

Not even a mention in passing!

Plenty on the web, though:

Could somebody with higher dan search-fu than me kindly tell me where my thread about great opening paragraphs in literature has got to?
Because I sure as hell can't find it.

I fear it may have gone the way of chat-purge.

Can't we turn that blasted thing off? Or at the least increase the lifespan to years, not months. Chat has nothing like the rate of posts it used to have; the auto-purge simply isn't required.

I think it may even just be weeks.

It was 30 days, lately 26 weeks. I'll stretch it to one year, but that's it. If there's a genuine culture element, then put it in Fortean Culture (pretty loose criteria...) How's that?

Thank you, Stu.
I'm also incredulous that six months has passed since that thread was in use. Tempus fugit and all that.

I was looking for a thread I read ages ago, before I actually registered.

It had something to do with getting a buzzing feeling in your leg, like you think your mobile phone has received a message, but you don't have your phone in your pocket.

I think that's it.

I have searched.

You know I could not think of the key word here "vibration". The best way to describe it I could get out was "buzzing". My mind don't work too well sometimes.

But thank you that is the thread. Very Happy
