As we have discussed here:

it seems like a good plan to refocus the Notes and Queries forum into one dealing with Human Weirdness. This will include madness, medical oddities, stupidity, etc. and as we all know there is an awful lot of all of that out in the world at the moment.

The focus of the Notes & Queries forum can largely be accomodated in the more specialist forums (and you questions are most likely to be answered there anyway) but if you have a question and you are unsure where it should go then drop it into General Fortean and we can move it to the right place if need be.

If a thread is missing from this forum look in General Forteana first (and vice versa).
