I'm pretty sure there was a thread about yon "KONY" film on the net but I'll be jiggered if I can locate it.
I'm also curious to know if there's a thread that discusses this new "world-wide phenomenon of Earth sounds" that seems to be spattered across the net? I know there's the "Sonic Booms" thread but that doesn't quite fit into these metallic groans which are being recorded.
Can you help?
Is there anyone there?
Hullo? |

|
|
|
Hello,
I'm looking for some help with a couple of threads I read a while ago but for the life of me can't find no matter what I type into the search engine.
The first involved a man recounting a haunting/poltergeist experience he had in a basement flat in Edinburgh during the 80's. I think it was in Regent Terrace and his girlfriend would refuse to come around.
The second one (and I've checked the Ghost forum too) was quite a long one. In the middle somebody described, possibly a delivery/removal driver a house they dropped something off at that had not been changed/lived in since the 1970s. A father would sit on the sofa every day musing over his son who may have killed himself in the house. I think the son may have been involved with black magic and had drawn some symbols on the bathroom mirror in his own blood.
It would be really appreciated if someone remember the names of these threads. I've tried numerous searches without any luck but would really like to re-read them.
Thanks |

| I remember them both. The second one is Nasty experience in suicide flat. I'll have to track down the first one and get back to you. |

Hello,
I managed to find the other story. It was in the 'It Happened to Me" book, Vol2. Explains why a search didn't bring anything up.
Thanks |

Do we have any threads on WW2 Ghost sightings? By which I mean spooky encounters by (not of) servicemen 1939-45?
I was half convinced there was some mention of RAF bases... |

I too seem to recall a conversation about haunted airfields, but I've got a feeling it was embedded in a thread on another subject.
There's something here (not convinced myself) but it's not what I was thinking of, and doesn't fit your criteria anyway.
There's also something rattling around the back of my mind about a haunted SS Barracks which was taken over by the BAOR (IIRC) - but I think this may have been in the magazine. |

How about this one?
AVIATION / AIRPORT GHOSTS!
http://www.forteantimes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=603#603
It's a thread that's been intermittently active from 2001 to 2010!
(Maybe with the help of a merge now and again.. ) |

Did we have a thread entitled something like: 1970s - Why So Dark?
I'm damned if I can find it. |
