While it's Yandex Maps, the Russian equivalent of Google Maps, this probably belongs here. Woman finds out boyfriend is cheating on her via streetview.

You would have thought Google had invented a riderless bicycle by now.

A pity it never did the rounds back when SM Pride was on... I'm sure the whole world would love to have seen gimps marching around Trafalgar Square.

Difficult to tell, but I'd say someone went swimming and then lay down on the decking to dry out in the sun. Then they got up and walked along the deck, dripping water everywhere.
If it was blood, I'd say the colour would be darker.

It could well be blood from a gutted fish.

I'd tend to agree with Myth in that the trails look like water on weather bleached wood to me.

Also, there's something odd about the shadow. The shape does at first instance look like a supine figure, but the shadow looks totally wrong for that - more like one a dog standing in low sunlight might throw in fact. (This shadow also follows through onto the water, to the side of the one thrown by the apparently standing figure - which suggests to me that the shadow is cast by something considerably higher off the ground than a supine body - especially as it is at some distance from the edge of the platform - and that the latter appearance is therefore a simulacra.)

It's hardly an isolated spot, this place is about a hundred metres away.
