What's going on? I've just rang and attempted to place an order, only to be answered by a completely baffled FT employee who's promised to ring me back this afternoon once they find out if there actually is a sale or not 
What's the betting everything I want will be gone by the time I get an answer..?  |

I've spoken to the fulfilment company and they've assured me that all their operators are fully briefed up on the sale now  |

| It wouldn't appear that they are - I've just spoken to another operator who was unaware of any sale, but they've promised to get their supervisor to ring me back after 2:00pm when she returns from her lunch... |

Success! (well, partially anyway...)
I rang again, reeled off my lengthy list to the poor operator and successfully ordered the FT books I wanted. It seems though that the magazines, individual and collected, aren't in the system yet and I was advised that they won't be for a day or so |
