You may want to try again PM as I've apparently just managed to order all nine volumes for £28-something (might have to check that, though...) - however, there still only seem to be three individual mags available |

I just tried to order all the collected issues there
They said the only one they had left was Snakes Alive, so I ordered that and Lo! for a measly £5 They have tonnes of the books left by the way. But, alas, it seems I might have left it too late for the collected issues...or there are still problems with the warehouse/phone people... |

I'd try again, because they were saying that they only had Snakes Alive left, yesterday morning. Then, in the afternoon (presumably after Dr D. Sutton got on to them), they had all the collected volumes, except for Strange Attractors.
I ordered what I could. So, fingers crossed. |

There are definitely lots of the collected issues left. I just phoned as a customer, hanky over mouth, and was told that all of them except Strange Attractors are available. If you are told otherwise then the salesperson is mis-informed, so I would ask to be put on to their manager. |

Thanks for that!
Yep, it seems they have more stock now as I just phoned up again and ordered the rest apart from Strange Attractors (not in stock) and Gateways to Mystery which I already have.
Getting a Hierophant Mug as well
Such a bargain! There should be more regular FT merchandise as well in my opinion. |

I ended up with Snake's Alive, and 18 back issue's. I was really dissapointed because I really wanted the collected issue's. It seem's to me the entire thing has been slightly disorganised. Oh well finger's crossed my order will arrive complete |

Sorry for the disappointment. We're also rather annoyed that the phone staff at the fulfilment company don't seem very well-informed about this sale.
However I would implore you to call them again: I have just called and have been assured that there are plenty (as in hundreds) of copies left of Gateways to Mystery, The Plumber From Lhasa and Memories of Hell, but they are still selling fast. |

I may try to ring again, but then I am getting whacked for another load of postage.. on the plus side there will be another free gift. I sort of figured that in general the company is a little disorganised. I took out my subscription about 7 month's ago and only just recived my free gift from that, I was supposed to be getting a DVD but they were out of stock and I ended up with another mousemat. shame I don't have a mouse
Are there any idea's of the turnaround for postage? has anyone recieved there order yet?? |

Wouldn't it have been simpler to have an online order form?
I'm not happy about giving my cc details in an e-mail. Using a phone is not an option for me. |

About two-thirds of my order arrived safely this morning, apart from Diary of a Mad Planet, the back-cover of which had been creased horribly in the envelope - that title's sold-out now as well... |
