Actually I just found out how to contact a YT member (I'm not very familiar with YT!) so I've sent a brief PM as well.
There is some suggestion that he had previously posted a "How I faked poltergeist videos" series under a different username, but to be fair I've always thought YT was a bitchy little place so lets let him tell us what's going down. |

I messaged him a few months ago about the knives and forks shooting out of the drawer. I said that the other stuff is simple, but that effect required some specialist gear, or highly crafty innovation, as they shoot out erratically, and quite precicely. He hasn't replied.

If what the individual referring to himself as ‘Mellowb1rd’ is faking the videos that he uploads then he is BY FAR the greatest special effects technician in the world.
In fact, he humbles all of the technicians in Hollywood who ought to hide their faces in shame before his achievements.
I have nothing but respect for debunkers, but I think we have our work cut out with this one.
By the way, LOLZ @ ‘fishing string’ (sic) being responsible. |

All good fun, but there is certainly fishing line visible at least twice, if you watch full screen in hi def. First at 11 secs, from the back of the sofa, being pulled taught towards the wall (you can even hear it !) then at 18 seconds in the bottom right corner of the screen.
He's getting sloppy! |
