The Bristol Post strikes yet again! It really is turning into The Framley Examiner.
This poll has been like this for days now. The full thing can be viewed here - it goes on rather longer than pictured, but this is as much as I could screen-shot..

Yes, it's actually about twelve different polls, with the questions removed but all the answers left intact and rolled into one. That takes real talent. |

From this sites own 'Breaking News' section for today;
Iowa grants fun permits to the blind - what could possibly go wrong?
Methinks it should read as 'gun permits'.......... |

Ex-Helston diary chip shop plan gets a battering
6:00am Thursday 26th September 2013
A former Helston dairy could soon be turned into a fish and chip shop – but the plans have already taken a battering.
Jonathan Jane and his wife Samke want to change the Old Turnpike Dairy, off the roundabout at the top of Godolphin Road, into the fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, with an adjoining house to live in.
etc...

The current front page of the online Guardian has
Edkins's killer 'let down by system' as headline followed by "Phillip Simelane 'was crying out for help' before attack on schoolgirl, says her mother"
Which is rather a different story from the one linked. The mother is that of the killer.
Let down by system
This was the comment of the judge:
"Mrs Justice Thirlwall said during the sentencing that anyone who heard the facts of the case would be disturbed to hear that Simelane was "living in the community with an illness of that severity, living rough with no medical help or indeed any other help at all".
Disturbed certainly, again. Surprised? Not in the slightest, I'm afraid.
edit: From the same front-page source on the same evening, we have this gem on the Clifford case:
"Celebrity publicist denies indecent assault charge and says it is not far alleged victims can remain anonymous"
These are not random literals in the articles but the links which are encouraging us to read further. Or not. |

| Perhaps he went into the time tunnel and came out in a parallel world where his name is Toby. |

A lot of historians are comedians, the good ones. Its how they make their books come to life. |
