mellowb1rd must be getting some kind of commercially financial backing, because all his videos are very very clever. The cutlery flying out of the drawer on a recent video is difficult enough to produce, but I suspect some cg, some green screening/rotoscope, matting and so forth, (easily done using home effects software), but on this scale, it needs lots of time and effort. Unless, of course, someone's pumping money into it because it's part of a promotional internet thingummyjig! Wink

Watched it. The early part was too well lit to be anything but professional.

The handheld stuff was, well, not interesting.

Mellowb1rd's Fake Poltergeist Videos

Some interesting discussion on that thread, including allegations that people have found mistakes in his effects work that he's gone back and edited out.

Also a video here allegedly from Mellowb1rd himself, there does seem to be some kind of sad, sorry mess of allegations and counter allegations going on there.

God only knows what to make of it.

Watched a load of his videos a while back and the ones where he talks to camera just came over as really poorly acted and painted him as a bit of a sad, lonely attention seeker.

Given that poltergeist's don't seem to be traditionally drawn to single male's approaching middle-age, and that they don't usually perform for the camera on such an alarmingly regular basis...
