Apparently NASA are going to announce something that will "shake the planet"....according to this website?

Asteroid coming this way?
I've stuck it here...until we find out what it is.

| I doubt NASA has anything to do with that website, or it would be associated with nasa.gov and not something.com. More likely it's hype for a movie. |

They changed their date to 6th Oct.
"Due to change in plans, we will announce this discovery earlier than previously expected. Tune in on October 6th to see what everyone is talking about " |

The fact that the site appeared when NASA had shut down all its public affairs activities pretty much proves it's some sort of third party stunt.
The NASA insignia is in the public domain, but is prohibited from legal usage unless cleared with the agency. NASA's going off-line afforded an opening for doing something that looks NASA-like with little risk (for some short period of time ...) of NASA officially refuting it or taking legal action. |

The web site states "This announcement will be released to the media on November 13th, 2013. It will be a day to remember and One for the history books."
Hey, that's my birthday. 
And, no, there is no way that web site came from the official NASA. |
