Indeed. If I was out for a walk with my kids and spotted an old pervert with his hand jammed up a horses arse we wouldn't be going anywhere near him, if only to avoid the inevitable "Dad, what's that man doing?" question.

In a surprise move, the Minister announced a proposal to replace pensioners' Winter Fuel Allowance with a Winter Loneliness Benefit.

Pensioners will be allowed to warm one hand in a horse's anus for up to half an hour each day, depending on their NI contributions. Asked what the take-up would be, the Minister pointed to his wrist and said, "About up to here, I suppose, as anything further might be considered cruel." Shocked

The Opposition said they agreed with the move but did not rule out the suggestion that they might tax it. Sad
