Available at the internet archive -use the wayback machine
near the top of the page- put in the URL of the page you want to find and click the 'take me back' button.

The link from April 19 2004 still has the pic/story.

The wayback machine is pretty useful for most dead links but it can be a bugger guessing which version of the page to go to if the page is updated a lot (government pages are the worst).
