A farm in Lancarshire is to be the setting for a nighttime scare fest, an interactive show produced by AtmosFEAR! in which visitors, armed only with a torch, navigate around a corn maze. Professional live actors, and special effects including a 10ft 'stalkaround' monster and a chainsaw-wielding witch, will immerse them in a tale of terror: a travelling Victorian freakshow, last seen over a century ago, has risen from the cursed cornfield to reap a harvest of souls for a witch.
Hex in the Harvest takes place at Hawkshaw Farm Park, Longsight Road, Clayton Le Dale, Blackburn, Lancashire BB2 7JA. It will be open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 24 July to 13 September. Tickets are £10.50 per person, and can be booked online on the Hex in the Harvest website or by calling Ticketweb on 08444 771000.
