Two events coming up at the Grant Museum of fortean interest. The first, on Tuesday 16 June, is a big screen screening of Eerie C Kenton's 1932 The Island of Lost Souls, the original film adaptation of HG Wells' Island of Dr Moreau. Dr Joe Cain, UCL Historian of Science, will introduce the film, and a free glass of wine will be served in a private view of the museum. On Thursday 9 July, Brian Regal, who teaches the history of science, technology and medicine at Kean University, New Jersey, will be giving a talk titled 'Where have all the werewolves gone?
