Christmas might be a time of over-indulgence, TV repeats and enforced jollity, but forget gym memberships and detoxes – what you need to shake you out of your festive torpor is a trip to Fortean Nights at London's Curzon Soho. Part of the 5th London Short Film Festival, it's an evening of short films exploring the weird, creepy and unexplained, and FT will be there to present an award for the short which most embodies the Fortean ethos.
Films screening:
Blackout (William Prince)
A man wakes up on the deserted moors with no idea how he got there. The locals aren't that friendly either...
The Cost of Living (Max Hochrad)
